Keith Duffy Foundation Charity Event
Our Synergy team were joined last week by keen golfers and winners of the Accident Repair Centre company gold outing Fabian English, Paul Kavanagh, and TrimTech’s Tony McGrath at the Keith Duffy Foundation Golf Outing in North County Dublin’s St. Margaret’s Golf and Country Club.
Rubbing shoulders with celebrities and supporters of autism awareness, we gathered ready to swing clubs and raise much needed funds for this great cause!
Keith Duffy Foundation Charity aims not only to raise funds but also to foster understanding and acceptance for those living with autism with Keith always a keen and welcomed advocate for Autism here in Ireland.
The event has a very special vibe and is not only for seasoned golfers but also for novices looking to enjoy a day out while contributing to two very worthy causes,
- ASIAM
- Autism Assistance Dogs of Ireland
After a day full of coel, caint, agus craic and meaningful connections, the round of golf concluded with a celebratory prize giving dinner. As participants regrouped in the clubhouse, the evening’s festivities and celebrity auction began. As guests mingled and exchanged stories long into the evening, it became clear that the true victory of the day was not just in raising funds, but in fostering a sense of community and solidarity.
Guests were treated to songs and entertainment from Boyzlife formed in 2016 by Keith Duffy and Bryan McFadden, firm friends since their Boyzone and Westlife days. It’s fair to say that everyone is already looking forward to next year’s event already!
